NeckMate is an ergonomic pillow built specifically for neck and shoulder pain, engineered with our AlignFit Design to support your neck throughout the night, no matter what position you sleep in or how much you move. It's fully customisable to fit your exact sleeping style, with height adjustable slab extensions and adaptive memory foam that adjusts with you rather than the other way around.

It is finished with a premium bamboo fibre pillowcase, naturally moisture wicking and temperature controlling, so you stay comfortable from the moment you lie down to the moment you wake up.

Most ergonomic pillows on the market copy a shape without actually engineering proper support. NeckMate was developed over more than a year of research and testing specifically to keep your neck aligned no matter what position you sleep in or how much you move through the night. It's not just the shape, it's the way the whole pillow is built to work with your body.

How long does it take to adjust to the pillow?

Some people feel a difference from night one. However some takes a few nights to adjust, especially if you've been sleeping on a regular pillow for years. We recommend giving it at least one to two weeks before judging it, which is why we offer 90 nights to try it properly.

How do I care for the pillowcase?

The organic bamboo fibre pillowcase is removable and machine washable. We recommend washing it on a gentle cold cycle and air drying to keep it in the best condition.

How does the height adjustment work?

NeckMate comes with an adjustable insert that lets you set the height to suit exactly how you sleep. If you sleep on your side you'll likely want more height, if you're a back sleeper you may prefer it lower. It takes a minute to adjust and makes a big difference to getting the right fit.

Good product, honest review. Wanted to leave an honest review rather than just a quick five star. The pillow is genuinely good and has helped with my neck pain. My one observation is that it takes a bit longer than you might expect to adjust to it. The first week was a bit uncomfortable as I got used to the different support. But once I pushed past that the improvement in my neck and the quality of my sleep was real and noticeable. The height adjustment feature is really useful and the bamboo pillowcase is good quality. Would recommend, just be patient with the adjustment.
