Every product we sell comes with a 90-night risk-free trial, starting from the day your order is delivered. A 90-night risk-free trial means you can try your product for the first 90 nights and see how it works for you. If you notice no improvement, or simply feel the product isn't the right match, you can claim a full refund.ย
We know the time to see effects of our products can differ from person to person. As everybody is built differently, some people might see the effects early on, while others might take a little longer. That's why we ask that you give our products a genuine go for 4 to 5 weeks before deciding it's not for you.
Here's how the risk free trial works:
๐๏ธ Use your product for at least 4โ5 weeks. This is the minimum trial period we require before a return & refund can be claimed. Most of our products need this long to show real results.
๐ You have up to 90 nights to decide. If it's not working for you after your 4โ5 week minimum, you can claim your return & refund any time before night 90.ย
๐ง Contact us first. Email support@ultrawellnessstore.com.au with your order number to start your claim. Don't send anything back before hearing from us. Our team will provide you with return instruction and will also cover your return shipping so you won't have to pay anything extra for the return.
๐ณ Get your refund. Once your claim is approved and the return is processed, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
Alongside the 90-night trial, we back certain products with an additional 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing faults.
In plain terms: if a genuine manufacturing defect shows up in your product within the first 12 months of use, a fault that shouldn't be there, not something caused by normal wear. We'll send you a free replacement. This applies any time within that 12-month window, including if the defect appears later in the year, for example after 9โ10 months of normal use. Note, this warranty only covers replacements. That means that when a claim is made, we will only be able to provide you with a new replacement or a repair, not a full refund.

If a product isn't listed above, it is covered by the 90-night risk-free trial only, not the 1-year warranty. We'll update this list as more products become eligible.
When the warranty starts: The 1-year warranty period begins on the date your order is delivered to you, not the date you ordered or the date it was dispatched. You'll have 12 full months of coverage from the moment your product arrives.
What the 1-year warranty covers:
How the 1-year warranty is resolved: The 1-year warranty covers replacement and repair only, not refunds. If you activate a warranty claim and it's approved, we'll send you a free replacement product, we're unable to offer a refund under this warranty. (If you'd prefer a refund instead of a replacement, that's only available through the 90-night risk-free trial, not the 1-year warranty.)

Each issue is resolved once. If we've already given you a refund or replacement for a problem, we're unable to offer another refund or replacement for that same issue.
The 90-night trial and the 1-year warranty are separate entitlements, using one doesn't cancel the other. If you receive a replacement product, it doesn't restart the 1-year warranty clock: your replacement is covered for whatever remains of the original 12 months, counting from your first delivery date.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have a product repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
