Great pillow, Iâm a back sleeper and the support is great . Easy to lower the higher of the pillow and they offer exchanges for softer pillows or extra foam inserts to make it thicker . Which is a great as it makes the pillow suitable for almost anyone . Would highly recommend

I love this pillow! I went on a spree and bought several types last year in hopes of replacing the pillow from my chiropractor I'd had for well over 10 years. I wanted cervical spine support but also thicker sides for side sleeping to keep my neck in alignment with the rest of my spine. I tried out 4 or 5 pillows, and this one won! I love it so much I bought a second one to keep at my parents' (6 hours away) for when I travel to visit them and don't want to lug a pillow along!
I've had chronic neck pain for the last seven or so years, and I find that I can't sleep on pillows with any amount of fluff.
