The wrap itself is comfortable and feels soft. Comes in a few sizes so you can use it in larger or small areas depending on where your pain is. The velcro sticks together nicely and stays in place even if sleeping with them on.
This is such an upgrade from the packs I'd been using. First, it's washable and reusable. Some other packs have you throw them away after each use, as though they've absorbed too many toxins. I've already spent more on disposable packs. The material is nice and soft, and the seams don't chafe. The elastic isn't too tight. I'd only been aware of castor oil packs as a liver treatment, but this is a whole kit for four different uses. Another thing that makes this a better are the built in pockets for your hot or cold packs - Before I had to tie them on with an elastic bandage.
Very comfortableThis is so comfortable to sleep with, I was surprised that it didn’t bother me in the least bit. The only tricky thing (which is to be expected) is washing it with Bicarbonate soda and then waiting for it to dry again before the next use. I couldn’t quite get all the oil washed out but it still works great! Very good quality and covers my abdomen well. I am using it for internal scar tissue after an operation and I have felt an improvement even though it only been a short while.
