I purchased this a while back as I was fed up of the devastation that this hard London water was doing to both my hair and skin. Once installed, which was very easy to do I must say, it was ready to go and I noticed an immediate difference. Firstly the chemical-like smell from my water was gone and my skin and hair did not feel so dry after washing. Copper deposits that would usually be left in my shower were no more.
